(Supposedly) The chase is the place the exhilaration is... so if somebody in no way runs, there is not any chase and therefor no thrill. This seems to be the plight of fellows greater so than women. Which I characteristic to animal instincts of fellows wanting to unfold their 'seed', yet which would be too simplistic of an evidence.

When someone runs away from you they are in essence rejecting you. If your ego can't handle that, then you are compelled to show them that you are worthy and that they were wrong to reject you.

" Let him chase you, until you catch him......" you mean????
But as a girl, it's very annoying, you think," be nice to him, he'll be nice to me" never works, then some creepo won't leave you alone, and you keep telling him to get lost......
