Does army refer to olive drab green, or green camouflage? Makes a big difference.
If it's a solid olive skirt, then it can be used like a neutral, and worn with many colors. (I'm sure you, at some point, have seen olive suits and dress pants.) Obviously, you can pair it with true neutrals, since neutrals really do go with everything: black, white, brown, tan, etc... You can stay in the color family of green for a slightly more interesting version of a monochromatic look. You can brighten it up with shades of blue, purple, or yellow. What matters is what colors look good on you, and what colors you like. Using your own two eyes is the most help you can give yourself.
If I was wearing something like that, I would find a patterned top with olive and some brighter/lighter colors to add some interest. Maybe olive, a tan/sand/beige color, with a teal/turquoise/cerulean. Something with similar colors to this:

You can mix this with a lot of colors. Red, Black, White, Tan, Buttery Yellow, & Chocolate Brown. I compare army green to khaki. A great basic.

Quite simply - a Green Army Skirt is not a pretty look.Get rid of it, unless you're actually a soldier.

Green army is very changeable, you can mix it with a lot of things. Of course, white goes with it and black too. Light pink either, or a light kaki.

white goes with anything..
but yellow would also be good cuz since army green can be dark sometimes it would be nice to have a bright shirt..
(but not neon bright..lol...)
