Thought about it very hard and realised that I really like all of them, except maybe the first one or two he made.
But.... I would have to vote for Con Air. It is more edgy somehow.

for me..It's definitely Face off...He proved to be an excellent actor in that movie. I also like Con Air and ,City of angels and The Rock.

Face/Off -without a doubt... It was really good career move for him... and John Travolta... because they both almost always play the goodies in films... But this film broke the mold and gave them both a different edge as they both got to play the bad and good... Must have been really challenging but really great to do as well..
