Morning sickness is very common during your entire first term, and can even last through your entire pregnancy, during my first pregnancy I had morning sickness untill I was 6 months pregnant and even the slightest smell or even thought of anything greasy would make me even sicker. I would say not to drink tea, it doesn't seem to be agreeing with your body. Clear liquids worked for me.

I felt in the early stages tea made me sick - the only thing that really helped me was burnt toast with no butter and flat coke - dont ask me why. I was able to enjoy tea after about 10 weeks but only if strong and sweet.
hope this helps

hell...as far as the doc's are concerned i had morning sickness BEFORE i evn concevied! lol..plokers! its the milk in tea that made it worse 4 me (forgot to put milk in it one morning) just try something with ginger in it, or if ur feeling brave ginger crystals (personally i think they're minging, but each on 2 their own!). don't 4get to be keeping clear of the 'no no' pregnancy food! i had morning sickness until i was nearly 5 months, but hopefully u wont! good luck and congratulations!

I got my M/S as soon as id missed my period and with me it was tea and coffee that made it worse. I had it right up until 12 weeks with my son, had it upto 20 weeks with my daughter and with this pregnancy ive had hardly any!! I think what youve described is tottally normal.....id rather have it than not because ive been told its a good indication that your pregnancy hormone level is high. goodluck x

I had morning sickness so bad at that point that even Water made me sick... try eating small startchy (No Grease) foods several times a day. Such as potatoes, bread, dry cereal, crackers ect. Also keep something in your tummy at all times... that will help.

Yup - lots of people go off tea and coffee when pregnant. During my first pregnancy I went off everything, but just the thought of a cup of tea made me vomit.

your hormones are starting to change so yes you can have it early. try decaff as you should only have a small amount of caffeine anyway. see if that helps. otherwise stick with dry food. hope you feel better soon
