Way more than I think is normal. What the heck is going on w/ me. How can I get more energy and sustain it throughout the day? Thanks!

Go see a doctor, but, if you are like me, and have no insurance, just try eating right and getting some exercise. Good luck man.

Glandular Fever, affects people by making them need to sleep alot. See your GP. Take multivitamins, eat a balanced diet & take regular exercise, these are all supposed to help with energy levels. Also try setting your alarm, so that you don't sleep for so long. Take care.

Are you depressed? Are you getting a balanced diet at the moment? Are you suffering from Seasonal Effected Dosorder (SAD)? Are you drinking too much alcahol? These can disrupt sleeping patterns.

maybe you're too tired and crashing down. eat healthily and drink some multivitamins.
why don't you have a general check-up? there might be something wrong with your body too.
But I hope you're okay.
:-)

g'luck...
