well 1st we have to make our politition ready to do evrything only for our country not for there own.
& have to make our country corruption free.

Anti-Corruption act must be strictly followed!
Indians Shifting to Foreign countries must be banned!
Provision of good salary at every concern!
At any cost Corruption in every department must vanish!
Review the History of U.S.A and suggest as a "subject" in school education.

the guy who asked this Q is a sick person who is asking this question in Laptops & Notebooks section and all the people before me answered are silly.
if you want to upgrade your country(must be india) to U.S.A then do the right thing at right place on right time.

I don't know that you can...especially as I don't know what country you are talking about. BUT, that said, countries can't be upgraded just like that. If so, the whole world would be doing it: Russia 4.0, Mexico 3.0, Somalia 2.0....it's just not that easy. In most cases, just demanding a government that is less corrupt (notice I didn't say noncorrupt as I don't think that exists) would help most countries.

To upgrade our country like USA bring back all the Indians who have gone to the USA for work. Make them work in India for India
