Yes since each bank account has it's own series of cheque numbers. Think of a person that has two bank accounts at different banks. Unless they planned not to, each series of checks would start at 100, so the sames check numbers can be used at differnt banks. Happens 100% all the time around the world.

Also, two banks could give out the same account number to the same person.

If you are talking about the numbers used to identify the account, i.e. IBAN or Routing/account#, then no, there can not be two of the same issues by different banks and these are individual to the banks/account combination.

this is not possible to have same cheque no.of two cheques of two different bank .
Every bank has its own unique cheque no. that will must be differnt from others bank's cheque no.

If you mean the serial number in the upper right hand corner, then yes. If you mean the numbers on the bottom - the bank routing number and the account number - they might be similar but never identical.

It's impossible for an exact match because you have to have four elements:

bank routing number
bank account number
check number
check amount

(The first two are unique.)
