no food AND no water, or food and no water? I'm sure snakes (especially wild desert snakes) get most of their moisture from their food. I wouldn't test it myself, but I'd say a week, two tops. I do remember my father going to rescue someone from a snake in their house (ended up the previous tenants had a reticulated python they didn't want to take with them so they let it go) and it hadn't had any water other than rainwater and washing machine drain-off in at least six months.

i'm guessing this snake lives interior your residing house and that the AC replaced into no longer became off. I shop my snakes interior the storage the place it gets 80 5 ish interior the summertime and their bowls take some weeks to thoroughly dry out. i'm unsure how huge or deep your bowl is yet your snake would be large for a week without water. it will be thirsty once you come back so do no longer delay.

I would say a week easily. Many species live in the desert where it is very dry.
