Can i install another kind of car suspension to my 95 opel vectra GL car? what is the best kind?

Put into consideration that i installed new 205/50/16" tiers and rims instead of its own 175/70/14" tiers and rims.

The sky is the limit, if you got the money you can do anything in the way of suspension. but ask your self is it worth it
