i've just found out that sylvester stallone will appear in another rocky film. he is now 60years old.
what are your views on this film? will it ba as sucessful as the other films hes done?

I saw the film this afternoon and it was terrific. It goes back to the bare bones of Rocky, like the original. The fight scenes are clearly the best of the trilogy and you enjoy the trip through Rocky's life as he looks to get over the death of his wife and move on with his life.
If you are a Rocky fan you have to see the movie as it'll help you forget the horrible Rocky V and end it the right way, with Rocky going out as somebody.

I've been a big fan of Sly, but you can tell he's way past his prime, when I am taking more interest in younger actors who still have what it takes to make a movie. Not that Sly isn't determined, but a 60 year old Rocky? That's a fantasy movie, not a take on reality. I didn't see the last Rocky movie (VI) but I don't think I wanna see it. Maybe if it comes on TV I will. And another movie? He's just overdoing it. I say he should stay home and enjoy the rest of his life with his family. The idea is, until a more Sly-style movie comes along, he should step-aside.

I am not a huge fan of the Rocky films but I found this Rocky movie to be pretty good....

People are saying that the new Rocky film is unrealistic, that a man that old couldn't fight for the world title.
Eh...George Foreman fought for the world title in his 50s (against a guy half his age) and HE WON! So there.

I am a great fan of Rocky...
I havent seen Rocky 6 yet, but it cant be as bad as Rocky 5

I saw the film and also saw the original Rockey, Stallone needs to get some ware and SIT or LAY down.

The film would be so much better if Rocky was to fight Jade Goody in the ring and knock the 7 colours of s**t out of her!!

All the Rocky movies have got a following of fans...including my 9 year old son.....so, yes, I think it will be a success!!

I've seen the film and its poor, he's too old to be fighting again, he mumbles through his lines and the fight scene at the end is unrealistic. No way would a 60yr old man be able to fight the world champion and go the distance.
