Search Google, Yahoo etc. for "esol/esl". There are hundreds of good sites that provide lessona plans and teaching materials for free.

Laubach has an extensive collection of books with the teacher instructional book as well. There are several different levels and you can progress from one book to the next at your own speed. There are several lesson plans. It covers basic english; making sentences; spelling; diction; math; learning to read; and much more. These books are available at most librairies. If you cannot find it; check on line.
