well now a days evry a spammer have BOT source and they like to make spywares & useing Source Patcher also to make itself not detectable from anti-spyware so its best to kill them manually from your pc by yourself
chk the ports active in your pc then take look the exe name kill it & remove it

If you mean re-installing the OS then yes, however not sure what you mean by saying "using the settup". You can also use a free spybot search removal program.

the best way to remove spyware of ur computer is spyware doctor.download a trial version of this software and u can totaly get rid of these spywares.
