To fix any problem you cannot start in the middle and work to both ends simultaneously.
The problem i see with India (despite it getting many contracts to do the work of IT and other manufacturing jobs that are outsourced to india) is that it is a poor nation that is overpopulated and getting a pittance for its labour.

You need to overcome this ,my solution would be to decrease your birth rate, so after 10-20 years you have a near zero growth rate. This will ensure that there will be more jobs than people to take them. This in itself will have employers offering better conditions in order to attract employees. It becomes an employees market rather than how it is now an employers market that is taking advantage of each and every one of you.

Big multinationals whilst seemingly bringing employement are actually exploiting your cheap labour.

There is no quick fix, it is long term, and with a reduced population your education system will have fewer classroom numbers. this will help to better educate your future workforce by allowing closer working relationships between students and teachers.Wage rates will increase in proportion to the skills market

There are no handouts being given by overseas companies despite what it seems. You are all being taken for fools, so these companies can make more profit. Any revenue made by these companies is returned to its origin. Taxes are minimal beacuse you make concessions to have that business on your soil.
Wake up India and smell the spices!

i guess through proper family planning and gaining the right qualifications for getting a job when you are in college or university. too many people graduating with the same degree and also overpopulation are the causes of unemployment in India. so, family planning n avoiding redundancy is a key factor. the public should be educated on family planning while students should be told about jobs where the is a high demand but low supply so that they don't prepare themselves for a job with a high supply of workers

We should generate more entrepreneurs to offer services and products. We should offer incentives to the entrepreneurs and make the licensing system more transparent and efficient. Many small and medium entrepreneurs apply for licences to start different businesses but have to wait and wait and loose interest. India has many wealthy people, we have to pamper them to become entrepreneurs, and thus generate employment
