I got the Vampire diease and dont really want it

Grand soul gems can only be purchased from a store as soon as you reach a high enough level. Other than that you can often find them in leveled loot.
As for the Vampirism, if you're not a vampire yet but have the disease a Cure Disease potion or spell should do the trick.
But if you're already a vampire you'll have to do a special quest first.

I think you can find some in the Mages guilds. Some are in display cases. Sometimes you find them in dungeons. Sometimes you find them as loot from a body. There are no exact locations, per say. My friend said if you have the Knights of the Nine expansion, you can have your own vampire lair that has the cure vampire disease potion in it. Haven't tried it my self. I know I came down with it once when I slept, so I loaded my last save before I slept and drank cure disease before I slept and I was fine when awoke. You can cure it before you turn with normal cure disease I think.

The alchemist at the marketplace always has loads. Otherwise, try finding a cave or a ruin that has conjurers in it. They usually have a stock of soul gems. plus, the chorrol mages guild has two in a glass case on the ground floor
