If you are trying to help your country (and of course you have not identified your country have you), why are you asking this here?

in the 60's and 70's that they had low altitude satellites (20 miles up) that took movie pictures....might jettison the used rolls to be picked up by utilising plane...that they had parachutes. The pictures we've been shown of Soviet infantrymen guarding a cellular ICBM have been sturdy adequate we could make out their faces. The ASA guy doing the rah rah speech instructed us they regularly might get a sturdy perspective and function the capacity to study lips....they might shoot off a jiffy at a time. 150ft of 35mm movie is powerful for variety of three-4 minutes....the guy did not state how long the spools have been...will guess 1000ft or greater. quickly forward to the optics obtainable now.....JHC you may deliver digital pictures of the guy choosing his nostril and function the capacity to work out the snot! ill tell u the best method to serve ur country.
step 1)move the bed on the terrace..
step 2)dont sleep but gaze the sky for any movable object.
step 3)if u spot one try moving ur position if it follows u that is a spy satellite.

Join the CIA. The whole premise of spying is secrecy. No-one in the intelligence community is going to give you any information on their surveillance equipment. You have to be one. And then it is on a Need-To-Know basis only. I am not convinced that you need to know.

You need access to a G4 computer, and a program called carnivor, which you obviously do not have top secret classification to use..
