medically i thing all our feeling are connected to brain But Heart is one organ who's movement is experience by normal people so felling might by considered from heart .But only emotional feeling are considered from heart But practical & logical feeling are considered from brain.
Also our center of spirutual enlightments is close to heart so feeling are considered from heart.
