keyboard will not work on my packard bell laptop?

hi,
all of sudden my keyboard has stopped working on my laptop!
have checked and it says it is all working properly.
have tried removing battery from laptop (as hasve been told this resets some things) but this makes no difference

help!

take my advice, buy a new laptop

Pac Bell is pretty old.Invest in a new one.But you can plug a keyboard from a desktop up to it and see if it works.
