You need a qualified accountant to help with this. If loans are involved, systems like this should be scrutinized by an expert before being put in place.

1st, get microsoft's excel or other similar software.

2nd, get all the credits and debits on paper invoice etc beside your computer.

3rd, go to www.wikipedia.org and search for "dividend", "loan" and "donation" to have a rough idea.

4th, call your friends who know a good accountant or who knows accounting.

but important of all, the database need microsoft excel or other similar software for creating the database.

example: -

in column 1 and row 1 of the microsoft excel workbook, put the description of the saving for the 1st month and then,

in column 2 and row 1, put the numeral value of the month's saving.

in column 1 and row 2, put the description for the 2nd month saving, and then,

in column 2 and row 2, put the numeral value of the 2nd month's saving.

as an example, in column 3 and row3, put the function: -

=sum(b1:c1)

including the equal sign.

this is just a short example.
