Too bad the image was resized. From what I can tell of the name, It looks like Nineriz? Vinoriz? Nineria? The last name clearly starts with an F but the name disappears in the whiteness of the candles.

Does any of this ring a bell?

Oh it's definately a drawing, even digital media can be drawn and painted freehand. Surname looks like "Victoria"?
