What can be done to prevent decompilation of my Flash and java executable files???? Is there any security option in the software itself???

pretty much nothing.

Both Flash and Java have some protection methods but all are broken. And all will continue to be broken, because at some point you want to run the code on a client PC. To run the code you must be able to access it in some way. That means you must distribute the keys with the lock so to say, or nobody will be able to run your program.

The best you could do is scamble the code somewhat or obfuscate (make it hard to read) in some way but that would only slow people down a little. But is it worth the effort? Naaah.
