The first Civil war started the day the Constitution was signed. The divisions between the North and South were in place already time just made it viable. If you are talking about party line civil war (more like the English Civil war), Where you have a mixture of Dems and Reps in every town. Very hard to initiate. The English civil war pitted Catholics and protestants and Loyalists and those Behind Cromwell's republic. Very different Idealogies The Americans may argue and Btch but actual battle, nope not gonna happen.

Who are we going to fight? I can't see us coming to blows over libs against cons. How about legals against illegals because our government won't deal with the problem. Or a better way would be to clean up the country in a truly capitalist way and put a bounty on the head of every illegal person you can drag to the nearest border patrol office.

never happen, the gun control acts made sure of that, maybe a peaceful retaking of our current government is a viable solution, we the people need to create a vaibale 3rd party and take back the government, Libertarians have a good start as does Green, but economically they are disadvantaged

Patience is a virtue. But sitting back and watching the Simian Boy King take this theory of a Unitary Executive to the Monarchial level is getting unbearable. I think your talking about a coup--let's get it on!!
