For me I have to say that "Nightmare On Elm St." movies where the worst for me as a kid. I watched the first one when I was about 9 years old.. and I to had that stupid song in my head for years afterwards. But it was not untill I was an adult and rewatched them that I got truly horrorifed by them. I had a nightmare once when I was about 25 that featured Freddy Kruger. I was able to wake myself up before he did to much damage but when I did wake up and turned the lights in my room I looked in the mirror and on my chest where five faint scratch marks about six-inches long. The last thing that Freddy did in my dream was to slash at my chest... I told my mother about that dream a while later and she said that ten to one I stratched myself in my sleep. Needless to say I have never been able to watch those movies since.

The other horror movie that I watched at a REALLY young age was " The Shining." that movie freaked the hell out of me when I was a kid. I had trouble for years walking down dark hallways anywhere. Kept thinking I could hear those two little girls calling out to me. " Come play with us... Come play with us Kyle.. For ever and ever and ever..." I use to run towards any kind of light or to the nearest room where I knew my mother or father was...

Get the soundtrack, ideally to the unique making of the action picture. Play it as you doze off. I sleep like a touch one.... If that would not artwork, watch a comedy earlier you bypass to sleep. something thoroughly dumbed down which will assist you slow your concept procedure and clean your ideas. i do not understand what you should make your ideas up on from, although the yankee Pie video clips might want to do precisely high-quality. how are you going to have nightmares after that???

I saw Stephen King's "IT" when I was quite young... Too young to have seen it mind... I never slept properly for months after it... Thought Pennywise was going to come after me!!

Now as an adult.. I still can't watch it... It just reminds me of the terror I once felt and can't sit through it at all!!

xx

Defiantly Stephens King IT. I could never get in my bed again without leaping into it and my mum had to throw out my clown doll because it scared me so much.
