he says that he is going to give me something that every little girl dreams of when they get older, he has mentioned about getting it next month which is valentines day, and he has been really loving to me lately. The signs are kind of there it could be something else but im still not sure, anyone have any ideas.

Don't be surprise if it is a trip to Disneyland or Disney world all my little girls dreamed of going there for a long long time until I finally took them and they were in Heaven. But if he does congrats and do live to make him happy ever after that's a Good wife's first concern.
Women don't imagine how important a step it is for a young man to think he has found his soul mate and when he asks it is for life some even longer. Women today don't take time to think about their answer and simply say yes before really thinking what a commitment they r truly making. Usually a man is ready when he proposes but women r just enthused with the size of the diamond and often not the love he is proposing for the rest of their natural lives. Pls be sure that he is the one u want to share ur life with and that u will fore fill ur wedding vows to the letter and beyond as he is promising to do to u as long as u stay like u r now and don't let anything including children come between u and him.

Going on personal experience i'd say he's going to pop the big question to you.
I proposed the day before Valentines Day, She said yes, we picked up the marriage license that day, and then found a judge 30 miles away that could marry us on his lunch break.
Yeah it was crazy cause we thought we weren't going to get it done on Valentines day as all the clergy and justice of the peace's and judges were buried with other marriages.
More than any other day in the usa Valentines day has the most marriages.
