In the movie Rocky Balbo, Rocky is a widower.
The character Adrian has previously (in 2002) died of cancer.
Rocky is running a restaurant, called "Adrians"
No, the actress (Talia Shire) has not died in "real life".

Gandalf, BINGO! You're right! In the new movie Rocky Balboa, there is a scene where Rocky is at her grave. And yes, she dies from cancer. However, she was alive and well in all the Rocky sequels until his latest venture this year.

In 6 she has died, and Rocky is mourning for his loss.
More to the point is how on earth this ridiculous series has lasted through so many rehashes? I know that it's nice to see the underdog win through, but, for goodness sake, Rocky must be over 60 by now. I may be cynical, but isn't it now totally beyond the suspension of disbelief required to make the film worth anybodies time and dollar? (Maybe he'll still be knocking 'em cold when he's 70, 80 and 90. No. That's not possible, unless your name is Sly Stallone, and you own the damned thing)

Adrian (Talia shire) is dead in the new film Rocky Balbao, in real life she is still alive and is working on a TV movie, Blue Smoke.

Adrian is alive in rocky 5. mate. but if you are asking about the new rocky i think it is just part of the overall story . i think she is alive and kicking in real life

Adrian is dead when the movie starts, but Talia Shire (the actress) is still alive. She was originally gonna be in it, but Sly felt he needed to kill her off.

the actress is alive and well...
she was going to be in the movie but I read somewhere that she backed off at the last minute.. she thought the movie would be better without her or something...
she did show up at the movie's premiere though....

yes in the film shes dead but the actress is not dead she probably didnt want to be in this film it is rubbish anyway
