write the cheque in favour of ur family members or anyone u trust . don't cross the cheque and just write the bearers name on the cheque say for eg. if ur daughter goes to take cash for her write her name on the cheque the amount and sign the cheque....if u don't even have time to sign the cheque then it's futile lol u need to sign it and when she goes to cash it she will have to sign on the back of the cheque so that way the payment will be made to her....infact she can fill up the cheque too instead of u doing it just tell her the details and please bear to sign the cheque thats a must.

Your family member needs to take it to their bank and deposit the check.

They can then withdrawal the amount from their account. If the check comes back bad (no money in the account) than your family member's bank will take the money back out of their account.

As long as you family member's bank account is in good standing, this should not be a problem. Unless the check is much larger than the normal balance of your family members bank account.

If you sign off your paycheck and have someone who has a bank account in good shape, they can cash your paycheck.
