I would like to be English speaking partner in Japan. How I can go ahead and start this activity in Japan.?

Practising English faculty - teaching English in India. I understand that there is a scope for English speaking Partner in Japan. They hire professionals. Pay hourly fees for conversation and teaching / practising English.I shall appreciate guidance in this.

Well, for practical reasons its mandatory for you to learn or take short term degree in Japanese, first. Japanese people would appreciate the help coming from the people who could help them translate Japanese to English. For obvious reasons Japanese people would be more fluent speaking and writing Japanese. Their natural tendency would be translate Japanese to English following Japanese grammar as opposed to English. Place yourself in their shoes. How should English be taught to Hindi people? You got my point!!!!

English schools in Japan prefer to hire native speakers. Japanese people usually do pretty well in reading and writing, but speaking and listening kick their asses. So unless you speak at native level, you can pretty much forget teaching English in Japan. It is clear that you don't.

They specifically look to hire people from countries where English is the primary language. The US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK in particular. The US is at a slight disadvantage due to the lack of a working holiday visa program. (If you can get one coming from India, which I doubt, but I could be wrong, that is an advantage.) They're also looking for an image. If you don't look like you ought to be speaking English natively, that's another hurdle for you to overcome.

The only chance you realistically have is to work at a school for foreign nationals, most likely Indians, in Japan. These don't pay as well.

Sorry to burst your bubble, buddy, but you're really fighting an uphill battle on this one.
