I have Mozilla Firefox on my laptop and love it. I share my desktop computer with my roommate, and she likes I.E. We are both administrators on xp. Can we use to different browsers on the same windows program???

Yes you can, but only one of them can be the 'default' browser. You will face no problems, however, in one of you using IE and the other firefox, that is a completely happy and supported scenario.
I personally have IE7 and Firefox 2 installed on the same Windows OS.

Ok CSS are stylesheets used to enhance a web page rather than using all the table tags css is best, code once and all pages gets the same feel and look. However, don't mess with the registry, because it has nothing to do with css. Now, the website in question. Check in the css file and look into the background tags to see if the rgb color format is incorrect. Otherwise, it's the display of your computer. I hope this helps.

yes. go to the mozilla site and download it, then run the install program. mozilla is just like any other windows program that you can install. you can even import your faves and stuff, and use it as your default browser.

Firefox is a much safer system to use as far as geting viruses and stuff goes firefox will prevent that from happening. i also have both IE7 and firefox on my pc.

Yes u can. I use Firefox only but still have IE on my laptop. You just open teh one u want tehy r independent =)

Big Yup! You can certainly use the two simultaneously though I suggest that you convince your room mate to also shift to firefox!

No problem, I use both.
Just install Firefox and you'll see. It installs it in a different subdirectory.

yea but dont expect much from firefox. it is still laughed at by IE users and most decent websites dont allow it to run lol. actually its garbage and if your into music videos dont bother. cmt,vh1,mtv etc all reject it as it is garbage.
