Actually science has NOT proved either to be more effective. What science HAS proved is that women are better at multitasking and men are better at achieving a single goal.
What does this mean? Simple, really, it means that a man and a woman who are together should stop trying to compete about brain power and use each others strengths to cover for the others weaknesses. The true definition of a couple.

As far brain quality or capacity is considered both man and woman are equal even though the brain size of man is slightly larger than woman. I don't have exact statistics regarding the brain usage of man and woman. But it is likely that man uses it more efficiently than woman because 1. He has more free time 2. He is more aggressive for achieving any goal 3. He has more exposure to the surroundings.

women, coz she behave more maturely then men and at a very small age itself she understands the family needs. In later stages of her life also she takes decisions, more efficiently than men. Thats way the saying goes
" After every successful man there is a woman".

It all depends on the man or the woman .
Dumb people don't ever use their brain , no matter what sex they are .........dumb is dumb .....and there are a lot of dumb people on this earth believe ; )

Man because woman takes the extra tension in her mind and think only make herself jeolous and man uses his mind only in one direction for the development of himself and his family.

women it seems cos they are able to multi-task better than men. which man can put on eye-shadow, strip chewing gum, talk on the cell-phone while driving to work in the morning at the same time and still be able to negotiate curves successfully
