Maybe twice or thrice. But you know what sometimes it depends on the joke itself and the one who tells the joke. For instance,I have this friend no matter how many times she says the joke,I still find it funny from her although it's old.

It depends on the joke and the time apart i hear it. If its really funny. Maybe once every two hours for 12 hours...if its ok once every 3 hours for 12

It depends on the presentation. If the person fails to present it properly, it's not funny at all in the FIRST time. If the joke is on someone you really don't like, it's always funny - that's human nature.

if its a great joke then a few times, but if i go ages without hearing it and hear it again then i will crack up laughing.
if its a poor joke .. then once is enough :D
