If you have been reading about the Cowper's gland, then you should realize there is no way you would personally be able to palpate either one of the two you own. They are situated internally just under the prostate gland, and there is only one method of palpating them. You would not be able to personally do this yourself, it requires an anal exam. That said, you could be feeling a couple different things. It could be a cyst, which would feel like a small pea or round lump. It could also be a vein, or a varicocele. It could be an irritated sweat gland as well. The only way you are going to get a final answer to identify it is to go see the doctor and have it checked out. I don't know why you should feel such embarassment to see a physician about this. I know it's not a part of the body we normally expose to others, but seeing a doctor and having an exam is not the same thing. The doctor will not think anything about it, beyond trying to determine what it is and setting your mind at ease. You will not be the first man he has examined in such a way, and you will not be the last either. The exam will not take that long to do, not more than a few minutes. When it is done, you will have an answer, and feel very much relieved. I doubt it is anything major, but you won't be able to relax until you have the word of somebody who really knows. When you have that word, then you will wonder what you got all upset about. So quit stressing over it, make the appointment, and then you can breath easy again.

One should not be able to palpate Cowper`s glands, therefore I don`t know specifically what you are feeling. I suggest you consult with a physician who can examine you and establish what the structure is. I hope this information is helpful to you.

specific you're in puberty. it is interior the early stages and extra human beings will communicate approximately this. And maximum possibly you could ejaculate now. Now that's going to likely be a skinny sparkling substance that's pre-ejac. As you become older and use it extra that's going to alter into whiter. All you could desire to do is rub it up and down no count number the dimensions with something that turns you on.

This might be a small cyst. The only way to determine what this could be is to have it examined by a GP. I can understand that you might find this embarrasing, but, believe me, your GP is not going to ridicule you or breach your confidentiality. He will, however, put your mind at rest if it's nothing to be concerned about or arrange treatment if this is necessary. Please put your health before your feeling of embarassment.
Best wishes, J

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. Learn here http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?z85r
As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.

i would really advise you to go to see your GP, i know it will be embarrassing, but think of worse things that can happen by not going. ask to see a male GP if its easier for you. testicular cancer is more common than you think. i don't mean to scare you but please go to your doctor, it'll put your mind to rest.
