Firstly, I am sorry to hear about your car accident in which you sustained injury. You have 3 years from the date of the accident to lodge a personal injury claim against the other driver's insurer. The key to making a successful Personal Injury Claim is being able to prove that someone else was at fault. You have not indicated whether or not you have been seen by a GP or hospital in relation to your injury but you need to do this so that there is a medical record of your injury, treatment etc. If you attend any appointments. clinics, or incur other expenses relating to your injury, please keep all receipts for out of pocket expenses.

Good luck with your claim, J

Have to make your own claim from one of these personal injury lawyers. You will have to prove that you were injured, do you have a hospital record of your visit or did you go to the Dr's.
Keep a note of all medication and treatments, keep a diary of how it is affecting you.Keep all receipts for out of pocket expenses, and get a note from your employers to say that you were not at work for that period and that you will not be getting paid for that time.It can take a very long time to make a claim and get a payout.

ambulance chasing society. People have minor crashes every day. Minor injury to your arm? poor baby. You chose to take the days off, you could have gone in and got on with something that didn't involve using that arm. What ever happened to accepting an apology and getting on with it? Wait until you have a real crash one day and really need to claim.

Your car insurance wont cover that.
