Is there a specific forum for debating skills?

Question

I realize that many forums have ongoing debates in them but I was wondering if there is a forum specifically dedicated to honing debating skills. Eg looking at an argument/statement and taking it to pieces, seeing where the argument works and were it falls down, possible improvements etc. Can anyone suggest a forum?
