Can anyone inform if Australian degree valid in Canada and USA? Let’s say if I do a degree in Australia, can I use that degree for job in USA and Canada?

It really depends on how you use your degree. If it is for a professional specific degree you most likely will still need to sit an extra exam, for example a degree in medicine you would most likely need to sit an extra exam.
If you have a general degree like a BSc or BA for a job that does not require a skill qualification it is still valid. eg you might have a BSc and want to work as a journalist then your BSc would still be a great asset and you would have a bigger advantage than someone who does not have it. Or if a job description says a degree is required then an Australian one is fine. Or if you want to apply for a science job in the US then an Australian science degree would be suitable qualification.

Most countries have an organisation that will look at your transcripts and determine if it is of equal standard. In the UK, this organisation is called UK NARIC. I would look into similar organisations in the US and Canada and not make any assumptions.
