how do you stop alexa and similer websites archiving pages of the previous owners of domains ?

how do you stop alexa and similer websites archiving pages of the previous owners of domains as there is no connection with the new owner of the domain? This archiving of previous owners pages only provides free and conflicting advertising when someone finds Alexa and similar sites and does a search on a domain.There is no connection between new owners of domains and previous owners why allow such sites to make a connection ?
