I am having problems finding a good job. Everyone wants you to full out an application on websits and then they naver call. What do I do? please help!

Hey! I am looking for a waitress. The applicants show up in tee shirts. Facial Piercings. Dreadlocks. Bring your info in a neat binder and fill it out on the spot. Look me in the eye, shake my hand. Do not ask to use my phone book. Tell me why I want you above the other applicants. Be prepared to tell me what hours you are available to work.
