By this I mean that by genetic engineering a new breed of human could be developed. One that has a slightly lower level of intelligence & IQ potential that which exists now & would be content to serve the general populace.

I had one of those already. We divorced after several years. He started to drink, quit serving anyone in any fashion what so ever. I had to start beating him. One of my nosy neighbors called the SPCA and I got slapped with a big fine for "cruelty to dumb animals". Had to let him go.

if it has a soul apparenty it is human, would these 'sub' humans have a soul, would they have free will, if they have any of the human characteristics such as emotions, then there is no way anyone apart from the power hungry will agree to this silly idea.
