Great question...
A lot of people would lose contact for a week.
Possible very valuable information could be lost.
Any secretary/office job people would lose out on a week's worth of salary
Some people would go crazy (computer addiction)
There's a ton of things that would happen. I like this question.

Oops, chaos, the western world would be totally out of electricity and that would kill loooooots of people.... It would be absolutely chaos.
