Seeing as there's one about Jade, thought I would ask who hates Shilpa just to make things fair.
Is she a good representation of India? I think she's selfish and controlling- and would you mind her sticking her fingers in your food?

Does Jade claim to be ambassador of England? NO!
Yes she did stick her fingers in someones food when told the chicken was raw. I cant remember who it was, but they said "I don't know where her fingers have been"
And then everyone sees that as racial abuse. I wouldnt want someone sticking teir fingers in my chicken no matter what the race!

@ BABY BELL you obviously missed Shilpa saying "I am representing my country" Also you obvioiusly miss that she is a control freak, only likes to talk about herself, and starts full on arguments arguments about oxo cubes.

I could,nt agree more she is very controlling and yes i would mind her sticking her fingers in my food. I would,nt say i hate her but i think she is very provoking towards jade and the others.

Hate...Bit harsh to start the question off with hate . What reason have we been given to hate Shilpa or even Jade for that matter
Its a clash of values , class and of differing levels of intelligence
You could say Shilpa is somewhat controlling and may come across as authoritive ...but any normal person would nt react in the way Jade did .
She makes off the cuff remarks without thinking she always has and always will .
The comments about 'Popadom ' and 'dumanda ' etc are Jades total disregard and lack of knowledge on what is percieved as acceptable in todays world .
Hopefully this will be the dimise of the Jade Goody Empire and an eye opener for the UK as to how some of the lower class British citizens still feel towards other ethnic groups .
Lets not forget Danielle...could be argued she is worse than Jade and a 2 faced little madam
The vote tonight will hopefully boot the obnoxious waste of space out that is Jade

yes I agree with you on all counts, although hate is a strong word, I do not like Shilpa at all, she is manipulative to the degree that most of the arguments have been actually started by things she has said or done, remember the bloody oxo cube fight, she started that one then as she walked away she was smiling, she definitely knows what she is doing, and everyone has fallen for it.
She also said that she was representing her country, what a joke, if thats what everyone in her country is like, then i feel sorry for them, no wonder there is so much hostility in that part of the world.
GET SHILPA OUT NOW!

I dont dislike her I think she is very well mannered and her English is brilliant, better than the three trolls who will get their comeuppance when they leave, Jade being the first tonight and I cant wait he he. I dont think I would be friends with someone like shilpa because I think I would find her a bit boring to be honest, but I do like her, just not my cup of tea.

When i first watched CBB, i didnt care much about Shilpa, but after what was happening i just had to take her side. no one deserves to be treated like that.
I think the other girls are jelous of her looks and her status.
Shilpa is from a different backround and the girls should understand this and treat her more like a guest becuase she has come from another country. she should be able to go back and say good things about our country.

In the beginning I hated her. Found her quite fake and also thought she did sort of look down on others. But as time has gone on, even though she hasn't really changed, I can't help feeling a little bit sorry for her. But then she'll be okay once she gets back to her trillion pound mansion with all her servants!!

Is she there to be a good reprensative of india?? i havent watched much but what i have seen she seems ok i think jade and that are just jeolous of her, and if we are talking of representatives of country look at englands!!!!!
To be fair yes i did miss that so apoligies, i dont think shes full of herself tho that would be jade!! also you seem to be getting a little stressed bout this, u do realise its just a show dont you??

Here's what I think:
I think she's a black belt martial artist with known family connections to the underworld, including the Mafia.
I think the death threats issued to Jade & Co are being taken very seriously.
Therefore, I think I will say that I like her......

Maybe if "those" housemates had diplomatically corrected Shilpa's cultural mistakes non of this racist stuff would have have happened. Also I would be if one of the others (Dirk, Cleo or Ian) had made the fingers error, there wouldn't have ben such a big deal made.

I like her but boasting about how many servants you have is not the best way to make friends. Perhaps she needed some time out of her comfort zone.
