But you do have something in common, your child...
You're not a family in the court of law, you're not a family as in 'husband and wife'... but you should pretty much act like a family or good friends at least since you share a child.

You and your child are a family.
Your child are his/her father and his new wife is a family.
But the 3 of you together are not considered a family anymore.

your child is his child for lifetime, always the family. maybe not his wife, since they can go divoce too. it won't change anything because he is married. just your relationship did not work out with you don't mean he is not the father. he is the fatehr for lifetime and family always!! you have nothing to deal with him, but the baby. so, take your time for your baby. good luck!
