about 6 years ago, when I was experimenting with the internet on my first pc, i found a chatroom where there were mediums online at all times. You waited in a queue and could chat to others in the queue til it was your turn and one of the mediums would take you to a private room for a reading.... If I remember correctly, it was American. I have never managed to find it since... does anyone know if they are still running, or if there is anything similar, and could you provide a link for it....

Many thanks

Well, Tarot and mediumship are two separate things and they don't necessarily go hand and hand. There are Tarot readers who are not mediums (or psychics for that matter) and there are mediums who are not Tarot readers. Then again, you can find people who combine Tarot and mediumship together---maybe even with other things.

As for the chatroom you mentioned, it is very possible that it is doesn't exist anymore due to the fact that it was many years ago and the net has really evolved since then. Those involved may have moved on to other projects or couldn't keep the site going due to financial reasons.

However, there may be similar ones out there. If you go to a search engine, try typing in the words "medium" and "free". Just be careful to avoid being scammed or talked into paying for a reading if you want a free one.

If you are interested in the Tarot aspect, you can learn more about Tarot at Aecletic. The forum is at http://www.tarotforum.net and it's made up of a group of Tarot students, collectors, readers and enthusiasts who enjoy talking about all aspects of Tarot. You can learn more about decks there and how to do readings. You can share your questions, tips, and learn from others. Plus, there are reading exchanges and also you can get feedback and help in interpreting your own spreads.

You can also look into getting a free non-computer generated Tarot reading by visiting:

The American Tarot Association
http://www.ata-tarot.com/readings.htm

Keep in mind those involved in this project are Tarot readers--they aren't necessarily mediums or psychics. And because these Tarot readers are very busy and doing readings for free it may take awhile to get one. If you go this route, please be sure to leave feedback for your reader.

For computer generated Tarot readings, there are a number of places to visit, including:

BEWARE!

These are the original Egyptian Tarot cards from which so many other Tarot decks derived.

http://www.vopus.org/en/content/view/345/132/

They are sacred and we are not allowed to ask any unserious question(like "how will be the weather tomorrow", "am I beautiful or not", yes-no questions, etc.); the question must be serious(for example "why don't I get a job yet?", "what can I do to solve my family problem?","why I still can't find my soulmate",etc.). Also they must be sanctified before use, not letting others touch them(they'll lose accuracy since they will be charged with your energy), make some prayers before asking the Tarot, asking our Inner Father(the Divine within us to answer our question through the cards- the cards don't give an answer on their own, it's our inner Being that gives the answer through them), we must cense them before asking, sitting in a protective circle and so on.

Tarot cards are very attacked by Demons that is why we need to be careful not to use Tarot cards that you can find at any store, that are just derived from the originals and need to perform some protection stuff before using them. Cards being attacked by Demons=> attacking us too, our minds of course(I remember 2 dreams where one made incantations to my mind and I had to burn the cards).

The forum you're thinking of may have gone offline, however there's an excellent forum over at tarotforum.net which is part of the Aeclectic Tarot website.

My last phase with AOL involved frequenting a created local chatroom for my area. Which actually turned out to be a hell of a lot of fun. New friends, parties, hookups, & drama. Good times.

I’m often asked about how to find free psychics. Although I’m a professional myself and work for a fee I realize that there are psychics out there who offer either totally free readings or a free psychic question here and there. So I'm always updating this web page with all my tips and recommendations http://www.psychic-junkie.com/free-psychics.html
