My friend Christy says I should be nervous because she is going to grab the waistband of my underwear when I run by. What the hell does she mean by that? So she grabs it for a second, why should I be nervous about that?

I think perhaps she is going to have a peek. But I wouldn't be nervous, if you dont want her to pull them down by mistake then maybe just bypass her when you run by :)
