A little cramping around the time when you're supposed to start your priod, but your period never comes. Sore, swollen breasts, especially the nipples.

There are not always symptoms, my second child I had none except I was late on my period which I wasnt keeping track very well so I didnt realize I was late right away I was late by 12 days and had no idea. MY first child I never missed a period the first 3 months I just all of a sudden started getting migraines due to the hormones. I went to the dr for migraine meds and they took a preg test out of precaution for the prescription and , thats how I found out I was preg. Your best bet is take a test, if you have no symptoms but you think you may be. If you miss a period and have other symptons take a test. Each and every pregnancy is different.

3. Missing your period
4. Feeling sick, nauseous
5. Going to the bathroom a lot.
6. Or you can take a pregnancy test.

There are more but these are some pretty basic signs.
All the best and good luck!

looks like everyone here has answered every possible symptom! But you know already right? If your pregnant or not? Do a home pregnancy test. Go to the Dr.

You ask this question because you "know" you are pregnant. The maternal instinct kicks in at the moment of conception. Not to mention the obvious absence of the period. Me, I became very moody and my breasts swelled like water baloons and were very sore. Buy a pregnancy test, I took EPT. But, ulitamately you know already. Congrats for you. But if its not a positive situation, you have my support as well. But, you already know the answer... You feel it

My mom said the only way should could ever tell she was pregnant at first was a metallic taste in her mouth. She never had morning sickness, but had that metallic taste every time she got pregnant. (apparently it's not uncommon)
