Is it fair to who?
In the UK we have what is called a 'watershed' time, (why watershed I don't know) So adult movies or bad language is not allowed to be shown before 9pm.
If its kids being led astray that you are worried about then its up to their parents to say what they can watch or not watch!
I think that the UK is very lax in the 'parental guidance' field , a different subject altogether, but most films on UK TV also have a little label before the movie starts, eg 'Parental Guidance recommended'!
I am not in favor of censorship on the TV or anywhere else we have far too much of that already.
If its adult porno you are concerned about, then as long as it doesn't involve under aged kids I'm not bothered.
In fact the more the merrier. If you dont want to watch it then dont!

This is a democratic country. Everyone is entitled to see what is available. No one should impose their own moral standards. According to local culture, the media and entertainment industry should evolve. But just looking at some vernacular TV shows in the late night, gives one the idea that this country is riding on double standards. Those TV shows are nothing but soft ****, and the bosses that be, turn the other way because big people and big money is involved. Just blanking our AXN for some sexy ads is meaningless and shows the narrow mindedness of the bigwigs.

definite, parenting is stressful, yet from what i will tell from the type you're speaking, you may take a breather. you're son greater suitable than probable will comprehend and/or be interested in what the television/Xbox has to grant. in case you clarify it to him, he will comprehend something's up. yet whilst he watches it, he will have no thought what he's entering into, yet do not draw too many lines, by way of fact then little ones think of they are being violated, abused, etc. as long as you keep cool, each thing (will probable) be ok.

hey our constitution speaks of a lot of freedom for its people...so why not let the people themselves decide as to what they want to see and what they dont wanna watch.....y let the politicians and the leaders make our decisions...if u hate adult content dont watch that channel....there are 100s of free channels available in India....u can sit and watch them....and if u dont want ur kids to watch them, the TVs are equipped with features that allow you to block the channels...then y stop the people who would like to watch such movies from doing so...
cant u resist it??and all this is just some stupid games by the netas to strengthen their vote bank....come on and act civilised and literate.

In my country, you can set a password on the cable. So if parents want to watch, deactivate it or to prevent the kids from watching, activate it.
