Yahoo! Answers is definitely not the right forum to be asking this question. Are you working out of a university? Probably whoever taught you how to do eyetracking studies also has some eyetracking equipment, I'm guessing. I'd start there. If that's not possible, try a professional forum that's more focused on the research you are interested in. Or contact labs that do that kind of work and ask them what they use and like.
