This is a Hypothetical Question / A What if Question..
If you had/forced to pick one of these Law changes....Or all will go in to effect if you Do Not pick.... What would you Choose ?
1. You had to have a minimum IQ of 126
2. No allowed to breed unless 30 years of age and married (gay or stright both apply )
3. Or Marry a person of Different *RaceANDReligion* (If #3 is your pick,then #1 & #2 don't apply)

30's too old, but 25 maybe? Sure a lot of people do well starting young but also a lot of people aren't ready for it yet. So if I absolutely had to pick one I'd pick that one I guess.. I don't mind interracial marriages but it shouldn't be a forced thing, at least this way you'd still be free to chose your partner, you'd just have to wait with the children.
On the whole, if any of these laws were going in effect, it'd be time to move to another country. Even though I'm 38, single and don't want any children myself.

I would say #2, if it was gonna be a rule I'd say 25, most people get past the worst of their identity issues by then.
I've met people with IQs of 160+ that should NOT be parents or in a relationship, IQ counts for VERY little in the real world. Instead have them take a 'parenting' or relationship test that asks basic questions about situations they'll run into in a relationship/with kids.
#3 is a recipe for misery, abuse, and infidelity all around.
