Check your kissing skill first. You must be a lousy kisser all this while. Not all man are good at kissing. Some just put the lips over and pressed ..other maybe to fast invading the tongue.Try to be more gentle and slowly from her hairline to the back of neck..tell her she is sexy and then look into her eyes and give her a perfect kiss on her lips.Your wife does not like to kiss you on your lips but when you kiss her on her lips, and she enjoy it..wala..she will kiss you next time... on your lips.

This definitely is a problem. As kissing (lips) is the start of all interactions...if she does not at least try to get used to it then there will never be any intimacy. Rent the movie, pretty woman ... in that movie Julia Roberts also would not kiss...this way she never became romantically involved...but only did sexual acts. Perhaps you need to see professional help.

Are you and your wife romantically involved? I would suggest that you help her fall in love with you,all over again( if you are not in"blissful love"). Ive heard this from a few Friends, to never stop kissing your spouse, partner, because once you do its hard to get this back. But, I disagree. I think you should, go back to when you first started dating, and remember what it was that made you two fall in love to begin with. If at all possible, start that first date( kiss) all over again. Surprise her with everything you first did , on your first date.Just the fact you you remembered your first kissing date, may bring all your kisses back.

I used to hate kissing hubby also. He was a bad kisser and I didnt want to hurt his feelings. Dont pressure her. Is it possible she was abused? Ask her if she thinks you need kissing updates and tell her you are willing to learn if she teaches. Bad breath is a big turn off!!

One possibility is that there's a problem with dental hygiene. You might want to brush a little more regularly, floss, and try some breath fresheners.

Bad breath is superficial. Check if you have it,
If this is not ,then please introspect whether the depth is still there in relationship, sometimes these are subtle emotional symptoms . Even your better half would not be able to justify.
Take care

ask her why she doesn't like to, can't imagine being with someone and not wanting to kiss them on the lips, never making out or anything.

Brush your teeth, floss, use mouthwas. Maybe you have halitosis. Maybe you just suck at kissing. Ask her.
