What is the MPC music file? Is it a lossy or lossless format? Can it be coverted to an MP3 file at 320kbps?

MPC files are Musepack files. It's a lossy format, but one of the better ones, better than MP3 at the same bitrate but not as good as OGG. With the proper software, you can convert it to whatever format you want.
