Our life blood is sprituality. If it flow strong, If it flows clear, strong, pure and vigorous, every thing is right; political, social, any other material defects, even poverty of the land, will be cured if that blood is pure,

To me in Kalyug, sprituality is Guru Bhakti. For me it is the path of Radha Soami. I have been on this path for over 17-18 years and whenever find time I do daily practice of meditation. Guru's darshan is also very important ingredient. Babaji is PAR BRAHM. He is all shabd.

The religion is the words on paper. Spirituality is those words lived out.

There are 7 different spiritual paths - depending on what you are looking to achieve, or what kind of person are you.
That is why so much argument.

As a spiritual advisor and mentor.....I can say that spirituality in general is believing in a higher power....one that is supernatural...it's being our best....thinking for ourselves....lots of things.....most of all, spirituality is divine...
