Actually igloos are our delusion.. Igloos are only used as temporay shelter when out hunting or camping.>They are like our tents..easy to make and when caught out in weather really good protection to keep warmer..Eskimos live pretty much in houses.The igloo is just a myth as far as permanent shelter..

Yes, and they ride moose to work when their dog team is sleeping. NOT!!! In all seriousness here, being from Alaska I can say that , no they certainly do not. As a matter of fact the Alaskan Natives never actually lived in them. They were a great, efficient and clever tent of sorts for hunting, and long trips to other locations.
Also not all Natives in Alaska are Eskimos. Most are not, and get offended if you call them one. It is the quickest way to start a fight on the school yard. (I found out the hard way.)
