how do you use bluetooth for VERiZON CHOCOLATE PHONE?

i want to use bluetooth to send ringtones from another verizon chocolate phone.
since we both have chocolate phone.
how do you send ringtones?

you cant because verizon and most other cell phone companies block the bluetooths sharing features so you can throw away your money on their ringtones, you have to unlock both the phones first.
